About Founder J. Stewart Dixon:

J. Stewart Dixon is an unorthodox, know-thyself, personal-growth teacher and multi-award winning, best-selling author best known for his Spirituality for Badasses book series. He teaches based on thirty years of training, interaction, growth and insight with a wide variety of modern teachers, his ongoing education and  certification in neuroscientific mindfulness from the University of Virginia and a degree in communications from Syracuse University.

As a young adult he suffered from depression which initiated a life-long personal search. His depression vanished at the age of 40 after numerous mindful and spiritual epiphanies. 

He is the author of five books on healing, mindfulness and spirituality.  He shares his insights regularly through interviews, podcasts, live events, talks, classes and private mentorship.
